Making Lexington Home
USA Homestays has been placing international college students into local Lexington homes since 2017. We have worked with students from Oman, Saudi Arabia, China, Egypt, Kuwait and other countries. Students who live with our host families experience American culture and improve their English much quicker than other students.
Justin is the Homestays Director for Lexington. He and his wife know what it's like to live in another country, and together they seek to help students feel "at home" in Lexington. They love meeting students from other cultures and introducing them to their favorite places to go in Lexington: coffee shops, restaurants, parks and more.
In addition to providing homestays, we connect students with families for holiday celebrations (Thanksgiving and Christmas) and lead trips on school breaks. We have taken students to the Smoky Mountains, Mammoth Cave, Washington, D.C. and more. Justin and his wife love welcoming students from all over the world into their home to eat together and learn from one another.
